First phase of the R36 million Northern Heights (Townhouse) Development is now being developed and is SOLD out.
The first 15 of 45 two bedroomed (2 Bathroom) stack units in the popular Pretoria North area – situated to the north of Pretoria Noord high school – have been sold, said Christopher Riley, one of the developers. With phase two now selling, units are selling at R 899,000.
“Phase three will typically be selling at R 949,000,” said Riley. It is expected the Northern Heights (Townhouse) Development will be completely sold off within the next year.
“We are seeing a lot of interest,” said Riley.
Rentals are now available from R6,999 to R 7,999 per month.
